    What you will do:
    Production Planning & Management:

    • Collaborate with Pre-Production on proposals/contracts to address feasibility, cost, and scheduling.
    • Evaluate and nurture subcontractor relationships.
    • Lead production efforts at strategic planning events and review systems annually for improvements.
    • Document SOPs and manage permits.
    • Ensure comprehensive job understanding through blueprints, specs, and bids.
    • Monitor job sites daily for progress, quality, safety, and cleanliness.
    • Oversee project meetings, daily logs, and client communications, including billing and change orders.
    • Manage job completion and punch lists.

    Financial Management:

    • Identify and address cost concerns in the estimating phase.
    • Track costs against estimates using CTC (cost to complete) software, coordinating with sales and accounting.
    • Review and approve invoices.

    Supervision & Training:

    • Train staff and enforce compliance with company policies.
    • Supervise PMs, field staff, and subcontractors, ensuring quality at each step.
    • Document procedures and conduct quarterly reviews for direct reports.

    Education and Experience:

    • Minimum of five (5) years of full-time experience in managing a Production Department for a residential remodeling company or equivalent.
    • Professional degree, preferably in Construction Management or equivalent hands-on experience in residential remodeling as a carpenter or other tradesperson.
    • Proficiency with MS 365, Excel, and BuilderTrend.

    A few must haves:

    • Communication & Customer Service: Excellent verbal and written communication, with a strong focus on client satisfaction and teamwork.
    • Construction Expertise: Proficient in residential construction methods, systems, and is up-to-date on building codes. Skilled in reading and interpreting schematic designs and construction documents.
    • Problem-Solving & Time Management: Strong problem-solving abilities, with excellent organizational and time management skills. Capable of managing multiple projects, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines independently.

    What you will get:

    • Salary $115,000-$140,000 depending on experience
