    Job Summary
    We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Production Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes, improving efficiency, and optimizing workflow. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, process improvement experience, and an understanding of supply chain management.

    Responsibilities

    • Production Management:
      • Oversee day-to-day operations of the production process, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
      • Manage production schedules and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
    • Process Optimization: * Identify and implement improvements to increase operational efficiency and reduce costs. * Monitor and optimize production workflows, resolving bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
    • Quality Control: * Ensure products meet quality standards and address any issues that arise during production. * Collaborate with quality assurance teams to develop and implement best practices for production.
    • Team Coordination: * Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure production goals are met. * Maintain clear communication with other departments (sales, logistics, inventory) to ensure seamless operations.
    • Reporting & Analysis: * Provide regular reports on production performance, including efficiency metrics and production status. * Analyze production data and provide recommendations to senior management.
    • Supplier & Vendor Relations: * Work with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and production components. * Negotiate terms and manage vendor relationships to optimize costs.

    Requirements

    • 3-5 years of experience in production operations, supply chain management, or a related field.
    • Experience in the apparel or wholesale industry is a plus.
    • Proficient in production management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
    • Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.
    • Strong understanding of process optimization methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
    • Ability to analyze data and implement improvements based on insights.
    • Fluency in Mandarin is highly preferred, and will result in a higher salary.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

    Compensation
    $80,000 annually, with the potential for higher compensation for candidates fluent in Mandarin.
