Shift: 7:30am-4:00pm Monday- Fridays (Some Saturday OT)
Some days may require working until 6 PM, depending on business need
Pay: $15/hr
As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining manufacturing equipment to ensure efficient and accurate production. You’ll play a key role in quality control and maintaining a safe, organized workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate manufacturing machinery.
- Monitor the production process to ensure product quality.
- Perform routine equipment checks and troubleshooting.
- Maintain accurate records and follow all safety guidelines.
Specific Duties:
- Prepare and load materials according to job specifications.
- Operate and adjust machinery, including rollers, for even distribution.
- Conduct quality tests to ensure proper thickness, adhesion, and consistency.
- Keep the workspace clean and compliant with health and safety standards.
- Identify and resolve equipment issues to reduce downtime and waste.
- Assist in other tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (vocational training preferred).
- Basic knowledge of chemistry, math, and industrial technology is a plus.
- Prior machine operation experience is helpful but not required (training provided).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
