Flowly Solutions is actively hiring multiple production packagers for our logistics team.

These are full time, permanent positions with room to grow in the company. The schedule will be Monday through Friday, no weekend work will be available. We offer required overtime if it is needed to complete projects timely.

We are open to training, no experience is required. These jobs are entry level, we are hiring for someone who is seeking a long term position. This is a very fast paced job and will require you to meet production deadlines. You must be willing to stand for the entire work day and lift products constantly.

We are a relocation business specializing in moving, assembling and repair. We offer a variety of other services as well.

Responsibilities:

• Learn new skills and growing within the role
• Work on an assembly line assisting with packaging products quickly and accurately
• Quality checking products to ensure there are no defects in production
• Reporting damaged products to your manager and filing a report
• Operating and learning several production machines
• Assisting in other departments if it is required
• Stacking boxes and palletizing them for shipment
• Loading raw materials into the production machinery
• Gathering items from throughout the facility to be used in production

Qualifications:

• No prior experience is needed, we are open to training
• The ability to lift 30 pounds and stand the entire shift
• Basic computer ability is preferred
• The willingness to work in a fast paced environment
• Prior experience working in production is preferred
• Reliable transportation to work
• No formal education is required
