Who we want:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality work. This role requires someone who is self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities: · Create and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) in the ERP system · Follow up with suppliers on quotes, lead times, and order confirmations · Coordinate with the scheduling team to ensure timely production planning · Support customer service with order updates, documentation, and issue resolution · Generate and manage part numbers based on material and job requirements · Manage purchase orders and vendor relationships · Assist with general administrative and operational tasks as needed
Preferred Qualifications: · Strong communication skills, both written and verbal · Knowledge of basic accounting principles and accounting software · Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities · High attention to detail and ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy · Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) · Experience with ERP systems, including: · Updating and maintaining Bills of Materials (BOMs) and job travelers · Creating new part numbers based on material requirements · Managing purchase orders and vendor relationships
