    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Production Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of our retail design projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, a passion for design, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company standards.

    Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact between clients, design teams, and fabrication crews, facilitating communication and ensuring clarity on project goals and timelines.

    Monitoring & Reporting: Track project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track. Provide regular updates to clients and internal teams.

    Quality Control: Ensure that all aspects of production meet the company’s high standards for quality and craftsmanship, conducting site visits as necessary.

    Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, manage expenses, and ensure projects are delivered within financial constraints.

    Team Leadership: Collaborate with designers, engineers, and production staff to foster a positive team environment, encouraging innovation and efficiency.

    Problem-Solving: Address any challenges that arise during the production process, employing critical thinking to develop effective solutions.

    Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their vision is realized throughout the project lifecycle.

    Qualifications:

    Ideally a Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

    3+ years of experience in project management within the retail design or fabrication industry.

    Strong understanding of design and fabrication processes, materials, and technologies.

    Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

    Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana).

    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
