    Production Supervisor

    • Supervises, coordinates and prioritizes activities of production personnel to meet customer, plant and management requirements.
    • Interprets specifications and job orders to workers and assigns duties.
    • Ensures effective utilization of manpower to minimize overtime requirements.
    • Studies production schedules and estimates worker hour requirements for completion of job assignment.
    • Observes workers and machines to detect errors or malfunctions and orders corrective actions.
    • Ensures daily communication of relevant events is completed daily from shift to shift.
    • Maintains production, quality and timekeeping reports and records accurately.
    • Examines products for adherence to specification and processes for adherence to standards.
    • Performs all duties and operates machinery & equipment according to MIOSHA standards and company procedures using required safety equipment (gloves, sleeves, ear plugs, etc.).
    • Troubleshoots Production and Quality problems with Production (5Why), Tooling and Quality personnel.
    • Directs all NCF product and schedule to make parts useable.
    • Maintains a high level of confidentiality in all duties.

    This full-time salary role is a part of our Operations team and reports to the Operations Manager.

    Required experience:

    Ability to work with the following software packages or programs:

    · Microsoft Office at a beginning level

    · Effective email and electronic communication skills are required.
