Data Accuracy: Ensures accurate input of consumable data and MX Budget Tracker in Excel to track production and costs.
Team Leadership: Motivates, trains, and mentors fabrication personnel, fostering a high-performance team.
Process Optimization: Develops and implements efficient processes to meet production targets, maintaining high standards in production, fabrication, and assembly.
Production Scheduling: Creates and maintains a production schedule based on project priorities and deadlines, ensuring timely delivery.
Staffing & Equipment Needs: Communicates staffing, inventory, and equipment needs to leadership to ensure smooth operations.
Safety & Compliance: Leads safety initiatives, conducts safety audits, investigates incidents, and ensures adherence to PPE and shop safety rules.
Employee Development: Provides feedback, conducts performance reviews, onboarding, and progressive coaching to help employees grow professionally.
Physical & Environmental Demands: The role requires working in a noisy shop/warehouse environment, with occasional physical activities such as lifting up to 55 lbs, climbing, and bending.
