Compensation Range: $60,000–$78,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee a specific production department and team to meet established safety and production goals.
• Coordinate and manage daily activities to ensure efficient operations.
• Inspect team outputs to maintain quality standards and accuracy.
• Maintain accurate time and production records.
• Estimate material requirements and manage inventory effectively.
• Educate team members on safety policies and enforce all safety regulations with the goal of achieving zero incidents.
• Collaborate with management and the team to identify and implement improvements in production and safety processes.
• Resolve team conflicts and promote a positive work environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor’s degree, associate degree, or certification in a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other data-entry programs.
• Previous manufacturing experience required
