    In This Role, You Will:

    • Lead and develop a production team to meet safety, quality, and cost standards.
    • Monitor daily operations to ensure efficiency, minimize waste, and maintain product integrity.
    • Implement training and development programs to strengthen workforce capabilities.
    • Drive a culture of safety and compliance, enforcing lock-out/tag-out, PPE, and other critical safety measures.
    • Work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to enhance operations and implement best practices.

    What You Bring to the Table:

    • Around 2+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
    • Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and lean manufacturing principles
    • A hands-on, problem-solving mindset with the ability to lead and motivate a team
    • Flexibility to work weekends and flex hours as needed
    • Food industry or meat processing experience is a plus, but not required
    • Mechanical background/experience is huge plus
