Production Supervisor - 1st Shift

Position Summary:

The Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production goals are met while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency standards. This role requires a strong leader who can drive change, develop high-performing teams, and implement Lean manufacturing principles to optimize processes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leadership, problem-solving, and continuous improvement within a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise production teams to meet or exceed production goals, quality standards, and safety requirements.

• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

• Identify and implement process improvements using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

• Train, coach, and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including maintenance, quality, and supply chain, to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment, preferably in packaging or related industries.

• Strong ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams to achieve operational excellence.

• Knowledge and hands-on experience with Lean principles, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Ability to analyze issues, implement solutions, and drive process improvements.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
