- Manage health, safety, quality, customer satisfaction, productivity, and cost efficiency in an automotive manufacturing environment.
- Use advanced problem-solving techniques like 8D and 5Y to address issues related to quality, environmental standards, and ergonomics.
Communication and Policy Adherence:
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with stamping operators via pre-shift and individual meetings.
- Enforce company policies, procedures, and work instructions, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards.
Production Coordination for Cost Efficiency:
- Work with management to align production objectives with operational procedures to maximize product reliability and reduce costs.
Safety Leadership and Compliance:
- Lead by example in promoting safety; always use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow LOTO procedures.
- Oversee all aspects of safety regulations and ensure a safe working environment.
Supervision and Team Development:
- Supervise, mentor, and develop team leaders to enhance job performance and grow within their roles.
- Schedule and assign tasks to meet daily production goals, focusing on quality and housekeeping standards.
Incident Response and Corrective Action:
- Immediately respond to any accidents or injuries, initiate investigations, and ensure corrective actions are followed through.

Qualifications:- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
