About the Role:

HavocAI is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Production Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling our Rampage and various other Hardware and electrical components. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical assembly, electronics, and troubleshooting, coupled with a passion for innovation in a high-tech environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and integrate our Rampage product line and components according to engineering specifications and production guidelines.
• Perform detailed inspections and functional testing of assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and specialized diagnostic equipment for assembly and troubleshooting tasks.
• Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to resolve production issues and implement continuous improvements.
• Maintain accurate records of production processes, including deviations and troubleshooting logs.
• Follow strict safety protocols and maintain an organized, clean work environment.
• Contribute to the development of production procedures and best practices.
• Assist in creating and maintaining technical documentation for production workflows.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; a technical degree or certification in a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in a technician or production role, preferably in a high-tech, robotics, or aerospace environment.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems integration.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to teamwork.
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
• Must be a US Citizen and eligible to obtain a Secret Clearance

Location:

• This position will sit in Rumford, RI

Compensation and Benefits:

• The target salary range for this position is $50,000 - $75,000
