Now Hiring: Production Technician

Location: Cleveland, OH 44135 (near airport)
Pay: Up to $17.50/hr + Benefits & Profit-Sharing
Schedule: 8a - 4:30p

Are you mechanically inclined and eager to learn? Join a well-established manufacturer of specialized industrial machinery and take part in crafting high-quality circular cutting blades. This role offers hands-on training, career growth, and the opportunity to be part of a small, tight-knit team where your contributions truly matter.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate machinery such as cylindrical grinders and edge bevellers

• Produce and recondition proprietary cutting blades following a defined process

• Read and interpret mechanical drawings

• Use precision measuring instruments (micrometers, dial calipers, tape measures)

What We’re Looking For:

• Basic industrial or mechanical experience

• Ability to work with manual machine tools

• Strong attention to detail and reliability

• Organized and effective communicator

• Comfortable wearing PPE (eye, ear, and dust mask protection)

• Willingness to learn and grow in a hands-on manufacturing environment. We want someone who wants to learn, work, and grown!
