If you are a fit for this role you already understand that there are other expectations that we don’t need to bore you with here such as, you need to keep your area clean, you need to follow the best know processes, etc. Benefits Include: • Health insurance • Vision and dental insurance • Short and Long Term disability insurance • Life insurance • 401k program • Quarterly bonus program Responsibilities: • Hole punching, cleaning and grinding welds, parts kitting and packaging are some of the day to day roles. • Working on our production line assembling electrical brewing control panels, grain mills and/or brewing pumps. • Supply production lines with proper materials for assembly. • Receiving, inventorying and warehousing product that arrives to our facility. • Any experience with warehousing and/or ERP system experience is highly valued Physical Requirements: • Ability to stand and walk, with frequent lifting and/or carrying of lightweight materials or equipment for up to 8 hours • Ability to twist upper body frequently, bend at the waist, kneel, crouch, and negotiate uneven surfaces • Able to lift up to 50lbs • Use hands, arms, and legs fully; grasp, manipulate, and assemble small to large objects with the aid of forklifts Qualifications: Who is the right person for team Spike? • You are motivated to have personal success as well as team success • You learn existing processes and then use your creativity to make improvements for the betterment of your team • Work to the best of your ability, no matter the task.Every day! • Driven to improve yourself, your team, and Spike • You treat people with respect and have a respectful debate when disagreements arise • You see problems as an opportunity for improvement instead of a reason to complain Compensation: $20 hourly
