Qualifications
- Some relevant production, or very similar, experience is required. Working in a production environment and experience operating a variety of machinery is preferred.
- Formal qualifications or vocational training are not typically necessary for this role.
- Must have a high school diploma. Associate or bachelor’s degree is favorable.
- Ability to develop skills to perform basic, repetitive, and manual activities through on-the-job training and experience.
- Willingness to learn and build knowledge on the use of equipment and machines involved in seed treatment and packaging operations.
- Understanding of HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality) standards, relevant IT systems, and work routines.
- Ability to perform established procedures and develop semi-skilled proficiency through on-the-job experience.
- Basic skills in relevant methods or processes related to seed treatment and packaging.
- Capable of working within clearly defined standards and following instructions.
- Flexibility to work overtime as required to meet operational needs.
