Fabworks is a highly automated sheet metal manufacturer located in Ventura, CA. We are looking for employees to join our team and contribute to all aspects of the production process. This is an entry-level manufacturing role, with lots of room for growth. Shift Options: • 7:30AM - 4:00PM • 1:00PM - 9:00PM Benefits: • 401(k) Match • Dental Insurance • Health Insurance • Vision Insurance • Paid time off • Referral program Responsibilities: • Assist with various manufacturing duties, including but not limited to: material staging, production on our CNC Laser cutters, quality control, and shipping. • Conduct quality inspections at each production stage to ensure compliance with company standards. • (Optional) Operate a forklift to store/move materials as needed. Qualifications: • Willingness to learn all aspects of the manufacturing process • Attention to detail • Ability to use basic hand tools and measuring devices • Ability to keep and maintain a clean, safe working environment • Able to repeatedly lift 25 lbs and up to 50 lbs • Ability to stand/walk for 8 hours per shift Compensation: $19 - $23 hourly
