TennMax America Inc. is a worldwide leader in electronic components for Aerospace and Military industries, headquartered in Vancouver, WA with a satellite location in Battleground, WA.
What you'll do:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities would include BOM creation, supplier follow-up, coordinating with scheduling, bookkeeping, and customer support follow-up.
Who we want:
A person with attention to detail and a drive for high-quality work are core strengths. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to remain positive in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment. The preferred candidate would be extremely organized and have experience using an ERP system and ability to work autonomously without supervision.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Accounting experience required
• Strong communication skills; both written and verbally
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and software
• Analytical skills, problem-solving skills, and organizational skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Detail-oriented and ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy ▪ Experience in updating and maintaining BOMs and job travelers in an ERP system
â–ª Ability to create new part numbers based on material requirements
â–ª Purchase order and vendor management experience
• Experience using an ERP system
