Assisting Hands is currently hiring exceptional caregivers looking for Full Time Shifts and can work 4, 8, or 12 Hour shifts

Hiring Locations: Northwest Suburbs, including Schaumburg, Hoffman Estates, Palatine, Elk Grove, Des Plaines, and Park Ridge.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED

Ability to work independently and maintain appropriate patient confidentiality.

Ability to read, write, and speak English

Ability to lift, push, pull 25 pounds, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, and reach.

Driver's License

Proof of Auto Insurance

Reliable transportation.

Must be able to work with pets in the home.

Must be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities:

Promote and adhere to Assisting Hands Vision of helping people live their best life in the face of aging

Address client needs with respect and dignity

Assist with personal care such as bathing, dressing, and toileting

Assist with grocery shopping, running errands, doctor appointments

Meal prep and light housekeeping

Actively engage clients through conversation and companionship
