The Dog Stop® is looking for a Professional Dog Trainer. In this role, you'll train dogs of all ages and breeds, craft personalized training plans, and deliver outstanding customer service to pet owners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead group classes and private lessons.

• Train and engage daycare dogs during play & structured activities.

• Deliver board & train programs with customized plans.

• Recommend additional services to existing and new clients.

• Generate leads while building relationships with our loyal client base.

• Document progress and communicate milestones with owners.

Requirements:

• 2+ years professional dog training experience.

• Knowledge of dog behavior, operant/classical conditioning, and enrichment-based techniques.

• CCPDT certification (or willingness to obtain).

• Fear Free® certification (or willingness to obtain).

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Physically able to handle dogs up to 60 lbs.

Compensation:

• 50% commission on all lessons and board & train programs.
