As a key player on our team, you'll be responsible for providing expert duct cleaning services to our valued customers, while also identifying opportunities to offer additional services. You'll embody our code of values by showing respect and courtesy to all customers and team members.

What We’re Looking For: Ideally, you bring experience in the HVAC industry and have demonstrated strong communication skills with supervisors, colleagues, and customers alike. You’re self-driven, thrive in fast-paced environments, and have excellent time management to meet deadlines.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Installing, maintaining, and repairing refrigeration, heating, and air conditioning systems

Ensuring efficient use of materials and maintaining a well-stocked inventory

Delivering top-tier duct cleaning service, including before and after photos, while ensuring complete customer satisfaction

Collecting payments or payment information for work performed

Keeping company vehicles and equipment in excellent condition

Completing invoices, route sheets, and weekly reports

Taking on additional duties as needed, including cross-training in related roles

Job Requirements:

Experience in Residential HVAC

CFC Certification

Valid State Driver’s License & clean driving record

Ability to lift 50-100 lbs

Excellent communication skills

Professional appearance and a positive, customer-focused personality
