Job Summary

We are looking for 3 Professional Home Health Care Aides to join our team for a 24/7 case in Gettysburg, PA! You will be directly working with a 74-year-old female client following a one-on-one care plan in her home. You operate with a big heart, not only providing personalized and attentive care but by building genuine relationships with those you serve. You are detail-oriented, highly organized, and committed to creating a healthy environment that meets her needs. Strong verbal and written communication skills are needed to succeed in this role. Prior Home Health or Hospice experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist patients with daily activities such as moving in and out of beds, baths, wheelchairs, or automobiles

Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with the supervisor

Build relationships with patients by conversing or reading aloud to help keep them mentally healthy and alert. She is a HOOT!!!

Give medications and immunizations

Engage patients in exercises or other activities

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED

One year prior professional experience

Driver’s license required

Schedule

24/7 (3 shifts) 8am-4pm, 4pm-12am, 12am-8am

Payrate

$14-$16
