House Inspection Services is seeking a Professional Home Inspector to join our team in North Dallas, Texas. We are interested in individuals who are licensed home inspectors or are currently undergoing training to become one, who wish to be part of our team and progress alongside us. Responsibilities: What You’ll Do • Perform licensed home inspections (or work under a licensed inspector while completing training) that exceed expectations. • Communicate with clients and realtors—onsite or by phone—to ensure a seamless experience. • Handle all aspects of inspections, from completing detailed reports to uploading information promptly. • Travel to property locations across the Dallas Metroplex. • Participate in special projects, team meetings, and growth opportunities. Qualifications: What We’re Looking For: • We want professionals who are driven, adaptable, and passionate about delivering excellence. • Applicants must reside in the North Dallas area to ensure prompt travel to assignments across the Dallas Metroplex. Qualifications: • TREC Professional Home Inspector License, -OR- current enrollment in a TREC-approved training program to receive the Professional Home Inspector License. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong attention to detail and proficiency in report writing. • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and think on your feet. • Reliable, presentable transportation that can securely carry equipment. • Willingness and ability to work in challenging environments, including confined spaces such as attics and crawlspaces, roof surfaces, and other elevated areas, and outdoor conditions, including extreme weather (heat, cold, rain). • Physical ability to lift 45+ pounds and carry equipment as needed. Compensation: $30 hourly
