Candace Wagner Cleaning is currently hiring for a full-time Professional Cleaning Technician.
Our top-performing solo cleaners can earn $40,000 to $50,000 annually working a 40-hour week with no evenings or weekends.
Our Ideal Applicant must:
Be available Monday - Friday from 8:15a.m to 4:30 p.m. (no evenings or weekends required)
Hold a current driver's license and their own vehicle with current registration, inspection, and insurance
Be a detail-oriented, self-starter with a desire to achieve consistently excellent results
Be able to work independently with little supervision (after training)
Be willing to learn and adapt to different levels of cleaning (Maintenance, Deep, Post Construction)
Have a minimum of one year residential house cleaning experience.

We believe that helping people find more time in their busy lives is a noble and needed activity. Buy us cleaning their homes, our clients get their time back. We also believe that those who provide such services should be well compensated for their effort.
Our typical applicant will undergo an intensive, two-week-long training period followed by evaluation. If the new team member is ready to go, they will be able to move to a solo cleaning position directly (for top income potential) and if additional training is required, they will be moved to a cleaning team until they are ready to move out on their own.
Once you have achieved solo status, you will be assigned from 2-3 homes daily that are your responsibility to clean. You will use your own vehicle, but all supplies (and uniform shirts) will be provided by Candace Wagner Cleaning meaning that generally once a week, you will need to visit the office in Dillsburg to refresh supplies.
Our current service area is the "West Shore" area of Harrisburg covering from the river west to Carlisle, Southwest to York Springs, south to the Lewisberry area, and north to Enola. This is the area where any new team members would be working and should be available for work in these areas by 8:30 a.m. each day.
