We Are Looking For A Professional Janitorial Team Leader
Pay: Pay $20/hr.
Job Type: Part-time, Full-time, Contract
Schedule:
· 9:30pm – 3:30am
· 6 hour shift
Duties and responsibilities:
***Supervisor Experience is a plus.
· Supervise Janitorial Team providing quality cleaning services to our commercial clients
· Visit 5 restaurants nightly, located in Honolulu, Waikiki, Kahala and Kailua
· Ensure scheduled workers for each jobsite report for their shift and are clocked in
· Promptly notify the office if someone does not report for their scheduled shift. Find replacement coverage for the shift or cover the shift if necessary.
· Perform nightly quality control inspections for each store using the “Nightly Checklist.” Submit “Nightly Checklist” to the HBC office at the end of each shift via email.
· Perform floor cleaning equipment inspections during each jobsite visit. Ensure equipment is properly maintained and functioning. Promptly report any anomaly or malfunction to the office.
· Assist in the weekly deep cleaning of each jobsite.
· Communicate nightly with the Store Manager/Night Manager to ensure satisfactory service has been provided.
· Maintain stock of cleaning supplies needed to perform each task. Communicate with HBD Office if supplies are running low.
Candidate must:
· Speak and write English
· Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
· Legal to Work in the U. S.
· Must be open to having a background check
· Must have a working understanding of technology, (smartphone, GPS & email)
· Must have the ability to commute and be comfortable working in multiple locations, this is not one location
· Must complete the company introductory (probationary) period of 30 days
· Must be able to perform all job functions safely
· Must agree to wear the proper assigned clothes and shoes approved for this job
· Must meet the company performance standards for the job
· Must be able to use, or learn to use, the equipment and tools used to perform this job
· Must be able to communicate and understand company policies and safety regulations to complete job duties in a satisfactory manner
