Responsibilities: The Day-To-Day: The seven primary responsibilities are as follows: • Collaboration to create and implement the annual business plan, annual budget, and strategic calendar • Reporting on the firm's key performance indicators • Ensuring that staff fulfills all performance and administrative needs • Measuring and adjusting labor capacity for the most effective personnel workload • Performing the firm's human resource functions, including recruitment, hiring, training, employee engagement, reviews, and issue resolution • Development of written policies, systems, and procedures to ensure a high level of performance and service • Maintain oversight to ensure excellent client experience and timely legal performance Qualifications: You Have: You must be able to show evidence of your prior success with: • Playing a role in the management of 10+ people and budgets of $1,000,000+ • Systems management and process refinement • Employee engagement and leadership, supervision, and termination • Measuring what matters and using metrics to make business decisions • Training staff on applications, systems, & procedures Qualifications: • Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, HR, Finance, or a related field • Ideal applicants will have the Knowledge, Skills, and abilities recommended by the ALA. Certificate in Legal Management is preferred • Workweeks should not exceed 50 hours; the owner is very flexible about alternative working schedules and locations • Knowledge of family law will be helpful but is not required. Must be committed to learning the essentials of family law quickly • Current and future Minnesota or Wisconsin residents only How It Will Be Done: • Atticus Family Law, S.
