Experienced painter and body man for class A motorhome shop. Located in North Lakeland. Hard worker, driven, experienced, and talented in painting Class A Motorhomes required. Bodywork experience in fiberglass is a bonus & experience in mixing paint is a plus! This is a full-time position, we are looking for someone who is self-motivated and a team player. Responsibilities: • Use job specifications to mix and match paint and stains • Clean up work area once project is finished • Treat painted surfaces with primer or sealer • Get surfaces ready to be painted by sanding away old paint and filling holes and cracks with putty • Clean up your work area when the job is complete • Willing to learn how we do custom work here and blend in with the team to complete all custom jobs Qualifications: • Physical strength, stamina to stand for long periods of time, and dexterity is required • Experience with painting tools and techniques is a big plus, but we are willing to train on the job for motivated candidates • Applicant must have valid driver’s license • Strong communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail Compensation: $60,000
