  • Responsibilities

    Northern Light Medical Management is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Professional Personnel Compensation Coordinator. The position entails the management of variable compensation for professionals employed or contracted by the company. The perfect candidate will be responsible for the management of compensation files for eligible personnel, perform monthly review and verification of variable compensation data, compile payment data for the accounting department, and communicate with eligible personnel and respond to inquiries. The position requires exceptional communication and computer skills.

    We are a successful, growing, hospital-based Medical Management company looking for the perfect candidate who is dedicated to teamwork and operational excellence.

    Responsibilities :

    - Collect and maintain database of variable compensation arrangements with eligible personnel
    - Collect monthly performance data relevant to variable compensation
    - Prepare calculations of variable compensation and communicate this data to the accounting department and/or eligible personnel
    - Respond to inquiries by eligible personnel and, if necessary, perform verifications necessary to resolve discrepancies
    - Work closely with accounting, human resources, recruiting, and legal department to assure that compensation records are properly maintained
    -Serve as the first point of contact for compensation-related inquiries from employees, Contractors, and management

    Qualifications :

    - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
    - Minimum of 2+ years of experience in accounting or compensation administration
    - Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
    - Experience with e-sign applications, scheduling applications, and billing applications preferred
    - Experience of administrative work in medical field preferred
    - Strong analytical and quantitative skills
    - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills for interacting with internal teams and external vendors
    - Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
    - Knowledge of federal and state compensation laws and regulations a plus
    - Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
    - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly required

    This roll is office-based at our Hollywood, FL corporate location and may require overtime in peak compensation review periods.
