Position Overview:

This is a part-time position with flexible hours, perfect for individuals seeking supplemental income or a flexible work schedule. As an HVAC Home Comfort Designer, you will work closely with homeowners to evaluate their heating and cooling needs, recommend tailored comfort solutions, and guide them through purchasing. This role is commission-based, offering excellent earning potential for motivated professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-home consultations to assess customers’ HVAC needs and preferences

Educate homeowners on energy-efficient solutions, system upgrades, and financing options

Provide personalized recommendations for heating, cooling, and air quality products

Prepare and present estimates, ensuring a seamless sales experience

Collaborate with installation and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Follow up with potential clients to close sales and build long-term relationships

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in HVAC sales, home comfort solutions, or a related field is preferred

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Self-motivated with the ability to manage your schedule

Comfort with technology, including CRM systems and digital proposal tools

A passion for helping homeowners improve their comfort and energy efficiency

Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
