Summary:
Our award-winning client is seeking a Professional Services Lead CUAS to join their team. The Professional Services Lead will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and success by providing exceptional technical support, project management, and training services for our CUAS products. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to our customers, addressing their needs proactively and resolving issues efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Drive customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality technical support, training, and field operations.
- Oversee project execution, contract deliveries, and operational performance.
- Manage support and maintenance renewals, collaborating with customers and sales teams.
- Provide technical expertise during the sales process and promote our CUAS product.
- Participate in technical activities and processes with customers.
- Serve as the customer's trusted advisor for all operational and technical aspects.
- Respond promptly to customer issues and lead technical troubleshooting.
- Deliver local customer training sessions and product demonstrations.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a post-sales/professional services lead, with a background in project management and technical support for technology products and solutions.
- Experience in technical customer support organizations and managing project delivery.
- Positive, proactive attitude and ability to adapt to change.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% within the United States.
- Flexibility to respond to customer calls outside of regular working hours.
- PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.
- Expertise in multidisciplinary systems (software and hardware).
- Familiarity with RF systems and networking & telecommunications.
- Knowledge of protocols (HTTP/HTTPS, SSH, ICMP, TCP/UDP) is desired.
