We’re seeking a positive, personable operations support representative for our Professional Services location and logistics. We are looking for a person seeking a rewarding career opportunity in the electronic security industry! You’ll connect with new people, tackle tough problems, and raise the bar on an excellent customer experience while making schools, hospitals, workplaces, and other gathering areas safer and more secure. We welcome applicants who are interested in security technology, are detail oriented, and can’t wait to get started! This individual will be in-person, based out of our Professional Services office located at 2107 Emmorton Park Road, Suite 118, Edgewood, MD, Monday through Friday during normal business hours with some early arrivals and late departures depending on unique circumstances. Minimal day or overnight travel may be required for training or other special events. Learn more about our Professional Services team here: www.midches.com/professionalservices Responsibilities: • Coordinating Professional Services scheduling, logistics, and office management • Supporting Professional Services team based out of same location • Providing same-day response to customers and internal team • Supporting the outside sales team with CRM data entry, project quoting, and other related activities • Backing up the customer service team located at 1401 Abingdon Road, Abingdon, MD • Generating and completing various reports on a timely basis • Completing other duties as assigned Qualifications: • Interest in continual improvement in processes and procedures that improve customer support and streamline Professional Services operations • Detail and process oriented • Familiarity with Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe • Ability to work in a supportive role as part of a team • “Can Do” positive attitude Compensation: $25,000 - $40,000 yearly
