Job Description

We are seeking multiple Call Center Representatives to join our team! You will be responsible for helping clients by providing information with regard to candidates filing for government assistance. This is a temporary role that will last indefinitely. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Provide information about services
• Resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High School Diploma required
