    Job Description

    The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience supporting force protection, acquisition, and technology integration efforts within the DoD or interagency environment. This role requires a proactive self-starter with strong coordination, documentation, and event management skills.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the development of test plans, overall test design, data analysis, and associated schedules.
    • Apply familiarity with force protection concepts, technologies, and related doctrine and training integration into technology development cycles.
    • Apply knowledge of DoD and interagency acquisition processes and policies to project execution.
    • Coordinate, schedule, and facilitate meetings, workgroups, and forums to support project objectives. · Independently manage and synchronize multiple, complex, cross-functional actions using software-based tracking systems.
    • Draft, review, and staff a variety of documents and PowerPoints, including acquisition documentation, policy studies, executive summaries, milestone review packages, briefings, emails, and meeting minutes.
    • Support the planning, tracking, and execution of workgroups, events, and analytic activities.
    • Manage end-to-end experimentation events, including event design, methodology development, task organization, EXCON resourcing, and network planning.
    • Conduct and maintain Test Readiness Reviews (TRRs), including checklists, risk tracking, and issue logs.
    • Leverage experience with the Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC) to plan and execute experimentation activities.
    • Create and update Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) as needed.
    • Provide input for recurring weekly, monthly, and annual reports.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Requires a minimum SECRET level clearance.

    • Requires a bachelor’s degree.

    • 5-10 years supporting technology or acquisitions program support experience or demonstrated

    experience developing technology for operational use.

    • An understanding and/or experience managing workgroups and communities of practice.

    • Possess working knowledge of Microsoft Office with specific experience in Outlook, SharePoint,

    PowerPoint, Word, MS Project, Access, and Teams communities of practice.

    • Experience with using JIRA/ Inteldocs/ CAC enabled web-based information storage.

    • Candidate should be a superior writer, with the ability for critical thinking and clear communication.

    • Candidate should demonstrate the ability to solve problems and work effectively on multiple tasks

    with a team in a fast-paced environment.

    • Candidate should be familiar with MLA, APA, and DoD Doctrinal writing styles.

    • The candidate shall clearly communicate, orally and in writing, among a variety of audiences.

    • Operational experience (Desired).

    • This is a hybrid role with some onsite work on Mondays, Wednesdays, and some Thursdays.
