Responsibilities: • Assists the Program Director in the completion of Strengths and Struggles Assessment/Safety Plan - [PRG14] with the resident within their first 24 hours at Doors to Freedom and prior to each Individualized Growth Plan Evaluation. • Assists the Program Director in the completion and adherence to the Individualized Growth Plan - [PRG07] and Individualized Growth Plan Evaluation - [PRG07-1] of each resident and coordinates and facilitates the IGP presentations. • Assist the Program Director with the Referral and Intake, including the on-site and off-site preparation required. • Assists Program Director in the intake process, file auditing, discharge process, and program data collection. • Advocacy and Case Management for the residents, as delegated by the Program Director: • Assists the Program Director with the completion of Weekly Check-Ins and sending them to appropriate providers. • Engages with residents throughout the day. • Provides support to ensure residents’ rights, safety, and permanency needs are being met. • Assists the Program Director in the staff process and leads the staff in the absence of the Program Director. • Assists the Program Director in the coordination and follow-through of well-being needs for residents through required specialty appointments (as needed), therapy, Diagnostic Assessments, Evaluations, etc. • Assists the Program Director in overseeing therapeutic activities (i.e. animal therapy, equine therapy, music therapy, and the DBT skills group, etc.). • Assists the Program Director and Family Engagement Assistant with supervision of family visits and phone calls, as needed. • Transports residents to and from appointments as needed (mileage reimbursement will apply). Qualifications: • Strongly Preferred: Masters in Social Work or other related areas of study and one year of experience in the management or supervision of child care personnel, a child care program, and/or a closely related field. • Required: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field and two years experience in management or supervision of child care personnel, a child care program, or a related field. Compensation: $50,000 - $55,000 yearly
