    Location: Prospect Meadow Farm- Hatfield, MA

    Job Summary: The Program Assistant is a critical support role emphasizing data management for ServiceNet’s vocational and day service programs. This role is designed for an individual passionate about making a significant impact on the lives of people with disabilities through meticulous data entry, administrative support, and operational assistance.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Lead the management and accurate entry of attendance and participation data for all program participants, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of data.

    Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling, documentation, and stakeholder communication, with a keen focus on efficiency and accuracy.

    Handle incoming phone calls, relay messages with attention to detail, and ensure seamless communication within the team and with external contacts.

    Support the planning and execution of vocational training, recreational activities, and community outings, aligning with strategic program objectives.

    Assist in monitoring program budgets, organizing supplies, and ensuring the effective allocation of resources.

    Promote the program’s mission within the community, assisting in fundraising and awareness initiatives as required.

    Qualifications:

    Proven experience in data entry and management, with a strong aptitude for administrative tasks and office systems.

    High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and experience with database software.

    Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

    Commitment to the principles of inclusivity, empowerment, and support for individuals with disabilities.

    Valid driver’s license and flexibility to travel between program sites as necessary.

    CPR and First Aid certification or readiness to acquire certification upon hiring.

    Working Conditions:

    Primarily office-based with some requirement for fieldwork in support of program activities.

    May require occasional flexibility to work evenings or weekends for special events or program needs
