Job Summary
We are seeking a Program Coordinator to join our team! As a Program Coordinator, you will work closely with numerous different departments to assess training and program needs, and then find appropriate program options to fill those needs. You will also attend various meetings to gain a better understanding of the company goals, assist management with implementing new programs, and ensure all company programs are in line with our mission and goals. The ideal candidate has previous experience in a similar coordinator role, has excellent communication skills, and has the ability to multitask and switch priorities, as needed.
Responsibilities
Work closely with many departments, building relationships and learning the needs of each department
Determine the best programs for each department based on their unique needs
Assist management in implementing programs effectively
Attend various department meetings to gain a deeper understanding
Administrative support to various business functions not limited to payroll, DSP support, quality assurance, appointment setting and heavy calendar management
Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills
Familiarity with basic computer programs, such as the Microsoft Office suite
The ability to work well independently and within a team
Keen attention to detail
High capacity for functional business competency
