    The Program Coordinator is responsible for the daily care, supervision, and safety of the individuals in residential and community settings. The Program Coordinator ensures the assigned site is run effectively and efficiently at all times and provides ongoing support to staff. All EIG Services Residential Staff ensure 6400/6100 and Title 55 Chapter 52 Regulations are always followed.

    Job Responsibilities

    Understanding and knowledge of the Direct Support Professional responsibilities.

    Responsible for the scheduling, training, coaching, and oversight of DSPs' daily job performance based on program needs by completing appropriate training and administrative duties,

    Conducts daily site checks to ensure the home is clean, in good repair, and in compliance with maintaining a home-like environment.

    Medication Administration Individuals: Ensures all prescribed medications, including LOA, missed or refused medications, are administered on time. Ensures documentation for medication changes, observing for side effects, and follow-up observations are completed.

    Participates in required on-call responsibilities based on the needs of the program

    Ensures that individual health and nutritional needs are met following the Individual Service Plan.

    Job Requirements

    High School Diploma and two years of experience providing services to individuals with IDD in a residential setting.

    Associate's degree or higher preferred.

    Valid Driver's License and personal vehicle for company business.

    Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

    Ability to stand for long periods; lift, push, and pull 50 pounds
