Excellent Opportunity for an individual with a Master's degree in public administration, business administration or one of the social sciences. This is a contract, on site position projected to last 9 months.
Qualifications and Responsibilities are as follows:
- Candidate will have Master's degree in public administration, business administration or the social sciences, experience gained through employment in a responsible capacity involving program development in a field of human service or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Will have experience evaluating existing programs and developing plans for their expansion, modification or elimination.
- Must be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with department officials.
- Will have a thorough knowledge of the principals, practices and techniques of program planning and development.
- Must be able to multi task and work independently.
- Will be responsible for the total planning, program development and research of standard operating procedures.
- Will monitor for program effectiveness and efficiency.
- Will analyze operational procedures and prepare reports on the findings.
- Will review and evaluate state and federal laws, rules and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Will speak with visitors in person, by phone or email.
- Will attend meetings as the representative for the licensing unit when the manager is unavailable.
Scheduled hours are Monday - Friday 8 am - 4:30 pm
