Pay Rate: $24.00/hr

Location: West Lafayette, IN 47907

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am-1pm

Program Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Coordinating the various logistics associated with the program (e.g., stipend payments, program purchasing, field trip travel, room reservations, hiring undergraduate staff, lunch and snacks, and application processing).
• Supporting and coordinating the recruitment/marketing of the program leading up to the program application deadline.

Program Coordinator Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience is required.
• Candidates should have experience with event planning.
• Candidates should have basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Word,
• Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in an educational field is desired.
