SPIN Global is a Maryland-based public benefit corporation that exists to disrupt disasters from neighborhoods to nations. We are seeking qualified applicants to build a deployment-ready cadre, prepared to support response operations as opportunities arise. Applicants must possess a FEMA Entry on Duty (EOD).
Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day activities for disaster management programs to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage schedules, deliverables, and communication for program stakeholders.
- Provide administrative and operational support for program execution, ensuring compliance with established guidelines.
- Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, and program records to ensure transparency and accuracy.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams, clients, and external partners.
- Assist with resource allocation and program budgeting as needed.
- Identify potential risks or delays and recommend actionable solutions to program challenges.
Requirements
- Education & Experience:
- 5 years of experience in a related field with a Bachelor's degree; or
- 10 years of experience in a related field without a Bachelor's degree.
- Proven experience in program coordination, project management, or disaster management programs.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Work onsite in North Carolina.
- EOD Required.
