At Soccer Shots we are an introduction to soccer program that focuses on character development and fun for children 2-8. Our caring team positively impacts children's lives on and off the field through best-in-class coaching, curriculum, and communication. As we continue to grow season after season, we are looking for a new Program Coordinator to join our team. The Program Coordinator will assist in planning and organizing all programs and their activities as well as carrying out important operational duties. This position is designed for someone who can work at a fast pace, is detail-orientated, is a great communicator, has a strong work ethic, and is technically sound with computers and different platforms.
The Program Coordinator is a Full-Time role that requires 40 hours a week. The position is designed for someone who will be in the office doing primarily administrative work but also will travel to our partner locations all over the Greater Memphis Area to promote Soccer Shots.
The Program Coordinator will work out of our Little Rock Office and work as a member of our Operations Team.
Job Outline
The Program Coordinator will have designated hours of 8-5 or 9-6 Tuesday-Saturday with an hour lunch break. They will have administrative tasks that they will be responsible for. Some of these responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Phone and Email responsibilities with schools and parents for Memphis, Little Rock, and Jonesboro.
Support the Director of Operations with planning and coordinating our programs in Memphis, Little Rock, and Jonesboro through multiple platforms. (Configio, Teams, Microsoft Word, Monday.com, Google Calendar)
Oversee cancellations and make-ups with families and partner locations
Creating marketing emails and flyers.
Managing office inventory and purchasing supplies.
Marketing Events
The Program Coordinator will assist in the execution of marketing on-site at our partner locations. These events promote Soccer Shots by creating a fun environment for our friends and families while being upbeat, pleasant, and informative about Soccer Shots.
Coaching
Due to the nature of our business and coaching needs the Program Coordinator will be trained to coach. They will coach a couple of their own locations each week to stay up to date on coaching and give the ability to cover too.
Compensation/Benefits
Set annual salary beginning in the range of $36,000 - $40,000 (paid every Friday)
10 PTO Days - Paid Time Off (not to be used within first 90 days)
A monthly gas stipend of $150 - as travel could be up to 25% of the time depending on the week, $1,800 a year. (Received after first 30 days)
