    Key Responsibilities:

    Assist the School Director in managing daily school operations and ensuring compliance with state licensing requirements and Goddard standards.

    Support and mentor teachers, offering guidance in curriculum development, classroom management, and professional growth.

    Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with families, serving as a point of contact for inquiries, feedback, and updates.

    Oversee health, safety, and cleanliness protocols to maintain a secure environment for children and staff.

    Collaborate with the Director on enrollment, community outreach, and events to promote the school within the local community.

    Qualifications:

    CDA, Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field (or equivalent experience).

    Minimum of 1 year teaching in an early childhood setting.

    Minimum of 1 year in an early childhood setting office fully knowledgeable of the ODJFS and STUQ rules, managing staff and staff schedules, ability to step into a classroom as substitute or support staff.

    Strong understanding of child development principles and early childhood education best practices.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
