JOB DESCRIPTION:
Branch Manager
PURPOSE:
To manage operations at a given Empowered Community Services branch locations including but not limited to: staff oversight, recruitment and retention of program participants, programmatic and regulatory compliance, program/activity oversight and the proper stewardship of company facilities and property.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for maintaining enrollment targets of Empowered Center including conducting tours, educating families and caseworkers, completing intake and annual meetings for the people we serve.
Responsible for the day to day operations of an Empowered Community Services Branch including supervision of all Branch employees, regular customer service and communications to families, properly opening and closing the branch daily, securing the property and parking lot each day.
Responsible for all aspects of complete and accurate program documentation including: time and attendance, program and goal documentation, transportation and trip documentation.
Promoting and maintaining a culture of safety and wellness including responsibility for timely and accurate incident reporting.
Schedule and lead staff meeting, staff training and develop staff competencies.
As necessary perform the duties of an Assistant Branch Manager including direct care and transporting the people we serve.
Responsible for the continuous quality improvement of Empowered services, the building we work in and the vehicles and equipment we use. Ensure the cleanliness of the Branch and sufficient stock of program supplies, cleaning and paper products.
Perform any other duties related to Empowered Services as be assigned by the CEO.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Associate’s Degree or at least 7 years professional experience in the Human Services Field, Healthcare, Sales or some combination of experience.
Criminal Background Check
Drug Screen and Physical
Certification in CPR and First Aid.
Driver’s License and Bureau of Motor Vehicle Driver History Review

Ability to adapt to changing circumstances, critical thinking skills and creativity.
Employee must be physically capable of bending, reaching, transferring, assisting with transfers and lifting people who require physical assistance.
