    About Us: We are a compassionate and dedicated provider of residential services for individuals with developmental disabilities. Our mission is to foster independence, growth, and quality of life for those we serve by creating a supportive, inclusive, and safe environment. We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Program Director to join our team on a part-time basis to oversee and manage our residential services program.

    Position Overview: The Program Director will be responsible for the overall management, administration, and quality assurance of our residential services for individuals with developmental disabilities. This role involves ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, overseeing program staff, and maintaining a high standard of care and support for residents.

    Key Responsibilities:

    · - Program Management: Plan, implement, and evaluate the residential program to ensure quality service delivery that meets regulatory and organizational standards.

    · - Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure program compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to developmental disability services.

    · - Staff Supervision and Development: Recruit, train, and supervise residential staff. Provide ongoing support, performance evaluations, and professional development opportunities.

    · - Individual Support Planning: Oversee the creation and implementation of individual support plans, working closely with residents, families, and support teams to address each resident’s unique needs and goals.

    · - Budget and Resource Management: Assist in managing the program budget, resources, and scheduling to ensure efficient operations and optimal use of available funds.

    · - Stakeholder Collaboration: Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, advocates, and external partners to promote collaboration and communication.

    · - Crisis Intervention and Support: Provide guidance in crisis situations, ensuring staff are well-prepared to manage and de-escalate challenges as needed.

    Qualifications:

    · - Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

    · - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in developmental disability services, residential care, or a related field.

    · - Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations governing residential programs for individuals with developmental disabilities.

    · - Proven leadership experience, with skills in staff supervision, program management, and quality assurance.

    · - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

    · - Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team.

    · - CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).

    Working Hours: This is a part-time role with flexible hours. Availability to work some evenings and weekends may be required.
