Soccer Shots Little Rock is seeking a scrappy individual that loves to provide cadence and consistency for a team while executing our vision. Join us in our relentless pursuit to build “Stronger Youth, Beyond the Game.”

Soccer Shots is an engaging children’s soccer program focusing on character development and fun for children ages 2-10. Our caring team positively impacts children’s lives on and off the field through best-in-class coaching, curriculum, and communication. We coach at different daycares, preschools, and community parks throughout the Greater Little Rock Area.

Our goal is to provide a beloved growth experience for every child and a remarkable experience for every family.

Create a team atmosphere that elevates our Company Culture to a level that entices individuals to come work for us, and never want to leave us.

Constant communication with all members of the staff; providing both encouragement and discipline when appropriate.

Perform ongoing performance evaluations of our coaching staff, and be able to work side-by-side with our Coaching Department to train and elevate our coaches.

Create seasonal schedules for the entire staff that will best align our coaching abilities and availability with the needs of our various partner locations.

Coach your own Soccer Shots sessions each week to maintain familiarity with the program, as well as providing coverage when needed.

Grow the business by executing the Soccer Shots Sales Process at different potential locations.

Secondary education required; Bachelor's Degree preferred

Previous leadership experience

Previous soccer-related experience

Enjoys developing/coaching employees

Strong communication skills, written and verbal

Computer/ application skills (Apple Products, Microsoft office, Google Suite)
