Job Description
The Enterprise Applications (Salesforce) Summer Intern will gain hands-on experience working with cutting-edge CRM platforms that support our customer network. This internship offers a unique opportunity to explore how technology drives business processes, from billing and collections to enterprise-wide CRM solutions. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to support critical business applications, optimize workflows, and contribute to strategic projects that impact our operations nationwide.
• CRM Support & Development: Assist in managing and enhancing Salesforce and other CRM platforms used across the enterprise.
• Billing & Collections Integration: Support projects related to billing and collections processes, helping optimize systems that manage multibillion-dollar transactions with customers.
• Flow Design & Automation: Design and implement process flows to improve business efficiency, including creating automated workflows within Salesforce.
• Click Work & Configuration: Perform click-based development (no-code/low-code), including setting up dashboards, reports, and user interfaces tailored to business needs.
• Application Development: Participate in the development lifecycle, contributing to coding tasks, though this role will not involve full-time coding responsibilities.
• Business Process Improvement: Analyze current processes, identify areas for improvement, and assist in implementing technology-driven solutions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with enterprise application teams, business stakeholders, and IT professionals to support project goals and deliverables.
Qualifications
We are seeking eager-to-learn individuals who are passionate about technology, business processes, and CRM systems. Ideal candidates will have:
• Strong interest in enterprise applications, Salesforce, or related CRM platforms
• Basic knowledge of process flows, business analysis, or system configuration
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Some exposure to coding/development is a plus but not required
Preferred Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing a rising Junior or Senior degree seeking student in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems
• Experience with basic coding (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or similar) is a bonus
