Responsibilities

Facilitate sprint planning across development teams.

Establish and document project timelines and complexities.

Lead feature development and execution for large projects across multiple platforms, languages, and time zones.

Effectively manage and communicate release planning throughout the organization.

Develop and refine product release checklists with relevant stakeholders, adhering to regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams on high-level capacity planning during quarterly planning and on a sprint-by-sprint basis.

Track team velocity, and recommend organizational changes to enhance project development and delivery.

What We're Looking For

3-5 years of program management experience.

Ability to quickly identify process issues and develop iterative solutions.

Focus on continuously improving team quality and output.

Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in using data to track team performance and make informed recommendations.

Strong communication skills, with a reputation for providing reliable status updates.

Proactive, self-starting attitude.
