    Job Title: Program Manager/Analyst Client - FHFA Location: Washington, D.C. Employment Type: 3 Years Contract

    Job Summary

    The Communications Program Analyst for the Federal Housing Finance Agency’s (FHFA) OCIO will play a pivotal role in supporting and advancing communication strategies and initiatives, ensuring effective information dissemination internally and externally. This role requires an individual with a strong understanding of strategic communication, content creation, project management, and stakeholder engagement to align communication efforts with organizational objectives.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Strategic Communication Support

    Partner with communication and program teams to develop, implement, and assess communication plans, policies, and programs in alignment with OCIO and FHFA objectives.

    Ensure that communication strategies effectively convey organizational goals and resonate with diverse internal and external audiences.

    1. Content Creation & Editing

    Write, edit, and proofread various content forms, including reports, newsletters, press releases, presentations, website content, and social media posts.

    Tailor content to suit different channels and audiences, maintaining accuracy, consistency, and professionalism in all communications.

    1. Data Analysis & Reporting

    Collect and analyze data related to communications, such as media coverage, engagement metrics, and audience feedback.

    Use findings to assess the impact of communication strategies and provide actionable recommendations for enhancing engagement and effectiveness.

    1. Project Management

    Oversee communication projects from planning through execution, managing timelines, resources, and deliverables.

    Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure projects meet deadlines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.

    1. Stakeholder Engagement

    Identify and engage key stakeholders, including employees, partners, customers, and the public, tailoring messaging to each group’s needs.

    Ensure clear, consistent, and transparent communication that aligns with FHFA’s mission and values.

    1. Internal Communication

    Support internal communication efforts, including drafting messages to employees, managing newsletters, and facilitating inter-departmental communication.

    Enhance information flow and ensure that employees are well-informed of policies, updates, and initiatives.

    1. Brand Management & Messaging

    Uphold FHFA’s brand standards across all communication materials, ensuring a unified and professional voice.

    Align all messaging with FHFA’s values, mission, and strategic objectives to foster brand consistency.

    1. Crisis Communication

    Assist in crisis communication efforts, developing responses and handling sensitive information.

    Manage IT-related announcements, such as outage notifications, ensuring timely and effective communication during critical situations.

    Qualifications

    Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.

    Experience: Minimum of [Insert years] years in a communication, public relations, or program analyst role, preferably within a government, financial, or IT-focused organization.

    Skills:
