1. Collaborative Training Development:

- Analyze the skilling needs of partner organizations.

-Develop comprehensive training plans in collaboration with Training Service Partners.

- Focus on empowering organizations and their beneficiaries with essential AI skills.

2. Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with partner organizations.

- Engage with end users, developers, and C-suite stakeholders.

- Ensure satisfaction and demonstrate the value of AI solutions.

3. Program Advocacy:

- Promote and gain buy-in for complex programs.

-Utilize data and performance metrics to showcase program value.

- Tailor communication and storytelling to the audience's needs.

4. Training Opportunity Pipeline:

- Maintain a pipeline of potential training engagements.

- Forecast and track these opportunities, aligning them with strategic priorities.

5. Effective Communication:

- Communicate key messages clearly to both technical and business audiences.

- Articulate the value proposition of AI skills investments effectively.

6. Project Planning and Execution:

- Lead or contribute to project portfolios, managing timelines, milestones, and resources.

- Communicate project status and risks to stakeholders.

7. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Work with various internal teams to design and deliver compliant programs.

- Produce and leverage collateral to meet business objectives.

8. Outcome Tracking and Optimization:

- Collect and track success criteria and performance metrics.

- Use data analytics to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for optimization.

Candidate Requirements

• Years of Experience Required: 5+ overall years of experience in the field.

• Degrees or certifications required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is a preference for this role

• Disqualifiers: Lack of expertise in Azure and not having enough experience with Azure.

• Best vs. Average:

→ Effective Communication: The ability to convey key messages clearly and persuasively to both technical and business audiences, including C-level executives. This includes written reports, high-stakes presentations, and adapting communication styles to different audiences.

→ Relationship Building: Cultivating strong relationships with partner organizations, end users, developers, and stakeholders. This involves understanding their unique requirements and translating them into actionable strategies that drive business outcomes.

→ Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, Azure Data Engineer, Azure AI Engineer).

→ Experience working with nonprofit organizations.

→ Collaboration and Teamwork: Working effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, operations, and skilling teams. This requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across multiple internal and external stakeholders to achieve common goals.

→ Familiarity with Power BI and other Microsoft data tools.

→ Cover letter detailing their relevant experience and qualifications.

→ Project and Program Management: The candidate needs strong project planning skills, including the ability to contribute to or lead a portfolio of projects. This involves managing project plans, timelines, milestones, financial management, performance metrics, and resource needs for complex programs. The role also requires maintaining a robust pipeline of training opportunities and aligning them with strategic priorities.
