Candidate Requirements
• Years of Experience Required: 5+ overall years of experience in the field.
• Degrees or certifications required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is a preference for this role
• Disqualifiers: Lack of expertise in Azure and not having enough experience with Azure.
• Best vs. Average:
→ Effective Communication: The ability to convey key messages clearly and persuasively to both technical and business audiences, including C-level executives. This includes written reports, high-stakes presentations, and adapting communication styles to different audiences.
→ Relationship Building: Cultivating strong relationships with partner organizations, end users, developers, and stakeholders. This involves understanding their unique requirements and translating them into actionable strategies that drive business outcomes.
→ Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, Azure Data Engineer, Azure AI Engineer).
→ Experience working with nonprofit organizations.
→ Collaboration and Teamwork: Working effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, operations, and skilling teams. This requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across multiple internal and external stakeholders to achieve common goals.
→ Familiarity with Power BI and other Microsoft data tools.
→ Cover letter detailing their relevant experience and qualifications.
→ Project and Program Management: The candidate needs strong project planning skills, including the ability to contribute to or lead a portfolio of projects. This involves managing project plans, timelines, milestones, financial management, performance metrics, and resource needs for complex programs. 3. Minimum 5 years experience with Microsoft skilling content, with a particular focus on Microsoft 365, Copilot, Copilot Studio, and other related technologies. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective skilling strategies. And experience delivering skilling workshops.
