The Program Manager will be the primary interface with the COR and CO and will attend status meetings and ad hoc meetings with stakeholders as required.
Skills:
- Minimum of 10+ years of progressive, project-related experience. Specialized experience in complete project development from inception to deployment.
- Proven experience in providing guidance and directions on multiple tasks across several functional areas involving multiple system applications.
- Proven experience in understanding program requirements, ability to review and evaluate all work performed, expertise in management and control of funds and resources, and providing direction to staff to ensure compliance with management policies and procedures.
- Extensive experience in providing technical management and direction for problem definitions, analysis, and requirements development for complex systems.
- Documented experience in providing recommendations and advice to executives on system improvements and for optimization and maintenance of business processes.
- Ability to plan, direct, coordinate, and control administrative and technical activities for a project.
- Excellent written and oral communication and experience and understanding of systems and systems development to be able to assess the impact on the project of technical issues and potential mitigations.
Minimum Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline. A PMP Project Management Program) certification is highly desirable.
